If you need help getting your accounting setup, either through QuickBooks Online or Xero, I can help get you started.  I will create your accounting system and give you the tools needed to continue the accounting processes on your own.  This is a custom package that can be tailored to your specific needs, but will start at $1,000.

If you are tired of carving out time to reconcile or just avoiding it all together, I will take this off your plate so that you can focus on serving your clients.

We will discuss the exact services your practice needs monthly to put a custom package together, but you can expect at least $450 a month.

Services can include:

• Account reconciliation
• Maintaining money-in and money-out transactions
• Virtual call to review financial statements and metrics
• Quarterly estimated tax updates and payment vouchers
• Define and maintain monthly KPIs for practice growth
• Connecting with tax professional at year end for smooth tax preparation
• Preparing and filing 1099s, sales tax, and property tax returns.

It usually happens to all of us at some point, but one minute everything was running smoothly then life happens and your books are a mess.  There is no shame being in this situation, in fact you can take comfort in knowing that this is one of my favorite projects to work on!  I enjoy taking a puzzle and putting it back together. 

We can take a look at where your books are currently and how I can fix it with either a catch up or clean up.  I will then want to help you put a process in place so that you can maintain your books going forward.
